Installation Instructions
- Ensure first that you have purchased the c orrect filter for your Jura machine.
- The SP-JR100 model is compatible with the Clearyl blue line of filters, and has a hexagonal base.
- The SP-JR200 model is compatible with the Clearyl white line of filters, and has a round base.
- Follow the instructions regarding filter changes outlined in the manual for your Jura device.
- Begin filter change process on your device touchscreen.
- Remove water tank from machine, and empty water.
- Remove used filter from water tank. Depending on your machine model, the filter may be held in place by a flap that seals onto the filter’s top. The filter may also be attached to a plastic extender.
- Discard used filter. Wash hands, and remove new filter from packaging.
- Rinse the new filter under running water for 30 seconds. Carbon fines may flush from the filter, turning the water dark momentarily–this is normal.
- Install the filter into your device, pressing the filter down until it is firmly seated. Secure flap, if applicable.
- Follow any instructions on your device touchscreen upon successful filter change.
